Collagenase (Xiapex) treatment at St Peters

St Peter’s Andrology is the first centre in the UK to offer Collagenase (Xiapex) treatment for Peyronie’s disease.

Mr David Ralph is a Consultant Urologist at University College London Hospital and is a leading international expert in Peyronie’s disease. Mr Ralph has numerous publications and lectures on Peyronie’s disease. Mr Ralph also supervises a number of PhD research projects on Peyronie’s disease.

Mr Ralph was the study supervisor for the 3 UK Collagenase clinical trials and is a medical advisor and consultant for the marketing company (Sobi). Mr Ralph has developed a new modified protocol and a new injection technique for Xiapex injections.

Dr Raheem is a Specialist in Andrology at University College London Hospital with special interest in Peyronie’s disease. He was the clinical trial physician for the 3 UK Collagenase clinical trials and is a consultant for Sobi. He has given in the excess of 450 Xiapex injections. He is currently developing a new delivery system for Xiapex in collaboration with UCL.

Mr Ralph and Dr Raheem are both national training authorities on Xiapex injections for prospective physicians.
